The 23rd Singapore International Film Festival will take place from 15- 24 April at venues throughout the city. The festival is known for promoting the work of local emerging talent and developments in Asian film.
Highlights include the Silver Screen Awards for outstanding achievements, The Asian Film Competition, the Singapore Short Film Competition and the Singapore Film Awards. In addition to festival activities, there will be retrospectives, director tributes, digital cinema events, screenings and workshops held all over downtown Singapore, particularly the city’s famous arts & heritage district on Orchard Road.
